Return Exchange Policy

At Worlds New Era, we strive to provide high-quality lifestyle products for your home and family. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and operational excellence, we follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer a Size Exchange or Broken/Damaged Product Exchange only. We do not offer exchanges for change of color or product preference.

  • Time Limit: Exchange requests must be raised via email at support@worldsnewera.com within 48 hours of successful delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Hygiene Protocol: For health and safety reasons, items that do not meet our quality check (e.g., stains, odors, or signs of wear) will be refused for exchange and returned to the customer at their own expense.

2. Non-Exchangeable Categories

Due to the nature of our curated collections and hygiene standards, the following are strictly ineligible for return or exchange:

  • Specific Items: Free-size items and Sale/Clearance items.
  • Subjective Reasons: "Do not like the product" or subjective opinions on quality/fabric feel.

3. Damages & Defects

If you receive a damaged or defective piece, you must provide unboxing pictures or videos within 24 hours of delivery to our support team. Upon verification, a fresh piece of the same product will be dispatched to you.

4. Shipping & Logistics

  • Self-Shipment: Customers are required to self-ship the return parcel to our warehouse within 24-48 hours of exchange approval.
  • Costs: Shipping costs for returning the item are to be borne by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Responsibility: Goods remain the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend using a traceable courier service.

5. Credit Vouchers & Refunds

  • NO REFUNDS: Under no circumstances are monetary refunds provided.
  • Credit Vouchers: If the required size is unavailable for an exchange, a Credit Voucher will be issued. This voucher is valid for 12 months and can be used for any future purchase on worldsnewera.com.

6. Important Disclaimers

The following are NOT considered manufacturing faults:

  • Color Variation: Slight differences between product photos and the physical item due to screen lighting.
  • Size Tolerance: A variation of within ±3cm from the size chart measurements.
  • Minor Imperfections: Loose threads, crease marks from packaging, or slight design/print arrangement variations.

7. Right to Refuse

Worlds New Era reserves the right to refuse an exchange if:

  • The request exceeds the time limit.
  • The item is returned without a prior approved application.
  • Self-inflicted damage occurs while trying on the item (stains, perfume, washing odors).
  • The item is sent in poor packaging (e.g., tape applied directly onto the product).
